We’re proud to announce the opening of our brand-new 14,000 square foot aerospace manufacturing facility in Longmont, Colorado. After years of strong growth in the Boulder area, we’ve officially upgraded to a state-of-the-art precision machining center designed for the future of aerospace and high-tech manufacturing.
This move (completed early 2026) delivers major improvements our customers have been waiting for:
✅ Fully Climate-Controlled Manufacturing Environment Our entire production floor is now held within a ±1°F tolerance — not just the quality lab. This breakthrough in temperature stability allows us to produce complex machined components with tighter tolerances, faster lead times, and unmatched repeatability.
✅ Expanded High-Precision Capabilities We’ve added:
- A second Zeiss Spectrum CMM for even faster quality inspection
- Another advanced 5-axis CNC machine to increase capacity for the most demanding aerospace parts (DMG DMU 50)
✅ Real-Time Machine Monitoring & Process Optimization New Industry 4.0 machine monitoring solutions give us complete visibility into every job, driving the quality, on-time delivery, and cost efficiency our customers value most.
